sure different places different vibes... but i think its deeper than that.
In the 1900s Carl Jung came up with the idea of archetypes and shadowed personalities.. and a lot of other really cool esoteric ideas but... I digress...
The big three
Persona - The mask you build to be accepted by your environment. Its built from what your family, culture, and upbringing rewarded, not from whats innately you.
The Shadow - everything that got excluded from the persona because it wasn't safe, welcomed or useful in your enviornment.
the goal being
Individuation - basically a combination of both.. our authentic selves!!
Building upon Carl Jung's work, In the 1970s Jim Lewis created astro *carto *graphy. Which uses your natal brith chart and replaces the wheel with the map of the world.
The key thesis being
Using the basics of astrology and the planet archetypes, we can see how the power of place is interacting with our unique inner world.
Like Carl Jung said...
"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are."
and i think travel is how you do that.
